Choose one size larger than your usual size.

Because diapers add volume around the bottom, many people find that their usual size is too tight around the stomach. If you normally wear a size M, a size L to LL is a good guideline, and if you normally wear a size L, a size LL to 3L is a good guideline.

Choose a type with a soft elastic waistband.

If the elastic is too stiff, it can easily dig in and cause a feeling of pressure. Choosing a waistband with a soft, stretchy fabric will allow it to fit naturally even if the size is slightly larger.

Jackets should also be easy to put on and take off.

A front-opening, snap-button, stretchy jacket reduces the burden of assisting with dressing every day.

"I'm glad I consulted before purchasing. There was no tightness around the stomach area, and it was easy to put on." (From a customer's feedback)
